We are providers of Swedish pre-manufactured low-energy and passive timber-frame houses. We offer our houses at affordable prices, yet maintaining the highest level of quality. We are based in Galway, Ireland, and operate all over the country since 1991.
We have built over 300 houses.
Energy-efficiency is our main emphasis and here our Swedish building methods and traditions play a large role. High levels of insulation and an airtight building envelope in conjunction with ventilation heat-recovery systems and triple glazed low-emission-argon filled glass are important factors.
Since 2006 most houses are built to “Passive standard“. Our factory is situated in Lysekil, a small town on the Swedish west-coast. Our modular wall-sections are manufactured here, in a dry and clean environment. Our system allows up to 200m² houses to be shipped on one single trailer.
On site we always build the insulated foundation and erect the shell complete with windows, doors and felted roof. Close to our Galway base, depending on how busy we are, we can take the build to completion
